Well, our first mailpiece went out this week and it highlighted the efforts of Obama’s right hand man here in Oklahoma, Mr. Glen Mulready.
So in honor of Rep. Mulready taking the reigns for Obamacare implementation here in Oklahoma, we thought it be fitting that a website was started to showcase the Mulready/Obama partnership, www.Mulbama.com.
You see, Glen is trying to sell the fact that he is against Obamacare, even though HIS OWN WORDS prove otherwise. Click here to watch the video evidence.
And Mr. Mulready’s desperation to have us stop exposing his TRUE record is coming to light with his supposed reverse-psychology emails he sends out to those who question him about Obamacare… Here is an excerpt that was sent to one of Glen Mulready’s constituents… (The red part is from me!)
What we are attempting to do with this is certainly not the “pre-cursor” to Obamacare. (Sorry Glen, it is. Click this link to OK-SAFE’s explanation how SB 1629 WILL bring OBAMACARE to Oklahoma.) The intent is to take something that we already have in place (Insure Oklahoma), that was voted on by the people of Oklahoma back in 2004 if I remember correctly and stand it up as a defensive shield if you will to the federal government. (Why can’t “refusing to do anything” be our defensive shield?) The whole intent of this is to NOT comply with PPACA but to point to something that will hopefully buy us some time by keeping the feds at bay while these things play out. (The whole intent IS not only to comply, but to make sure Glen’s Blue Cross Blue Shield backers make A LOT of money off of the PPACA!)
I hope that makes sense to you. I can tell you that due to knocking on doors in my district and receiving a number of calls due to my opponents work (his flyers and calls have probably been the best thing that happened for me!), I have had the chance to talk one on one with hundreds and hundreds of constituents from District 68. I can tell you that after spending 5 minutes with them discussing this, 100% of them have agreed with our approach. I am not exaggerating…100%.
Now this 100% business is kind of funny, considering I have had the SAME email response from Glen sent to me 5 different times from people who were not convinced. And those are just the ones who bothered to forward me Glen’s reply. But we know that Glen doesn’t overstate anything… ever… 100% of the time… I am not exaggerating.
Now what I can say WITHOUT EXAGGERATING that the ONLY people of the hundreds that I have talked to while knocking on doors that are in favor of Glen are the ones who APPLAUD him on his effort to implement Obamacare in Oklahoma. (Primary Republicans who like Obamacare…who knew?) And I can count those people who are for Glen and Obamacare on 1 hand. I am not exaggerating… 1 hand.
So since Glen knows better about Obamacare and doesn’t care what the people of Oklahoma want, (Watch the above video at 1:06 to hear Glen state this) are we going to sit idly by and let this RINO serve another term in the State Legislature?
Let me be clear, while SB 1629 is laying down the tracks for Obamacare, I am duly afraid of what Glen Mulready will orchestrate once he has been re-elected. He has already tried to implement the FULLY PPACA COMPLIANT Health Exchanges last year with HB 2130. Thank goodness the State Senate didn’t follow Mulready’s advice.
But what is going to happen in 2013?
Do you trust Glen to fight Obamacare?
We MUST defeat Team Mulbama in the House 68 GOP Primary and that’s why I am running to defeat this ally of Obamacare.
